Refund policy

We want you to love your Tai Chi Balance Block. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

30-day returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@zenfit.art with your order number and we'll guide you through the steps.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return shipping (we recommend a trackable method). If your block arrives with a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item, we cover return shipping and will send a replacement or full refund.

1-year warranty

Every Tai Chi Balance Block is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a confirmed defect appears within one year of delivery, we will replace it or refund you, and cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
