We want you to be happy with your Tai Chi Balance Block. If it is not right for you, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

7-day returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. To start a return, contact us and we will guide you through the steps.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return shipping. If your block arrives with a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, we cover return shipping.

1-year warranty

Every Tai Chi Balance Block is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a confirmed defect appears within one year of delivery, we will replace it or refund you, and cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
